Tour Dannon's R&D Laboratory:

We'll taste products and mix recipes: Frozen Yogurts, Smoothies and Shakes. We'll learn more about Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Custard, Sorbet and Frozen Beverages.

Yogurt 101:

Learn the truths about frozen yogurt: Live and active cultures, fermentation, health benefits, varieties and customization. We'll also discuss proper handling, food safety and quality assurance.

Round Table:

Let's talk about what we've learned, answer additional questions and share ideas.

Fees:

Yo–U™ Conference fees are $1200 for one to two participants (1 ticket = 2 people)  that agree to YoCream soft serve product exclusivity for one year from the opening date of their shop. Attendees that do not agree to YoCream product exclusivity may attend the conference for $10,000.
